Feed Your Future

The Feed Your Future events are a series of virtual, half-day workshops presented for no charge. The goal is to reach young urban and rural women of all backgrounds with an interest in agriculture and food production as a potential career pathway. Participants will have the opportunity to hear from industry leaders and distinguished professionals, as they explore the topics of networking, leadership, building your personal brand and are introduced to the vast diversity of roles tied to agriculture and food production.

Feed Your Future virtual presentations will be offered as a series of workshops in order to accommodate all of our registrants and provide ample opportunities for more attendees to join in their career discovery journey and Feed Their Futures!

Feed Your Future is an exciting virtual event that reaches young urban and rural women of all backgrounds with an interest in agriculture and food production as a potential career pathway.

Join us as we talk to Debra McLennan, Food and Nutrition Coordinator at Alberta Pulse Growers (ADD TAG). Debra shares her career journey as a dietitian in agriculture and how she now helps Alberta Pulse Growers achieve their goal of seeing "pulses on every farm, on every plate." So, tonight, consider beans, peas, lentils, or chickpeas for dinner!
